Returns
We accept returns in the original condition that you received it, in the original box with all the paperwork and certificates within 14 days from the first attempt of delivery.
All items MUST have the tag attached. If the tag has been removed a 7% fee will be deducted from your refund. If any of the documents or certificates have not been included in your return a $200 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in new and unused condition to be deemed acceptable for refund or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.
Special orders and custom made pieces cannot be returned. Any piece that has a 'turnaround' time longer then 5 days is considered custom since it is made for you once you have ordered it. In some cases, exchanges or store credit will be accepted. Please contact us and we will do everything possible to find a solution to the problem.
After inspection of the returned item, if it's in its original condition the full amount of payment will be returned. If you chose to use our return label you will receive your refund less a flat fee of $100 for the return shipping cost.
Please use the return form (see link below) to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with a shipping label that includes full insurance for your item. This code will expire after 7 days. If you haven't shipped it by then, you must start the process over.
Pack your item in a BOX along with a copy of the return form and certificates, use the shipping label we provided and simply have it scanned at any Fed Ex drop off location. If the label wasn’t scanned, the insurance wasn’t activated and you will be responsible if it doesn’t arrive.
We recommend you don’t pack the jewelry at the carrier's location to prevent theft. Please be sure to pack the jewelry in a secure way to keep it safe from breakage while being handled by the carrier for delivery.
You are welcome to use your own shipping carrier and method of shipping. If you choose to, please provide us with the tracking number. Be sure to get full insurance and advise us so we can give you a shipping address in the RAN (Return Authorization Number) form. If your shipment is being held, rerouted or does not reach our offices for any reason we will not 'manage' or search for it, this will be your responsibility.
All refunds will be processed within 7 business days, to the original payment method of your purchase. No exceptions.
If a package delivered to you arrives open or damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 877-743-7992 Please retain all packing materials and if possible take pictures of the damaged box before opening it (if you accepted it). Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 24 hours of receipt of your order. eDiamonds and Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
Shipping
- All items will be shipped to you free of charge and fully insured, second day air with Fed-Ex or UPS and require adult signature. You will receive a tracking number via email when the item has shipped.
- We can only ship to the same address as the credit card billing address.
- Some items can take up to 10-14 days to ship if you have made any special request or customizations. With no changes, items ship within 3-7 business days or after your funds have cleared.
- We only ship within the United States.
- Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.
- In-store pickup can also be arranged for any item purchased online. Please call to make this arrangement.
What's in the Box
You will receive your items with a complimentary appraisal which authenticates the jewelry and can also be used for insurance purposes along with in a special jewelry display box.
Free Engraving:
We offer free Engraving on any piece of jewelry that is possible to engrave on. Anglo letters and numbers are a free service; other alphabets/languages may be subject for extra charge. Please add a note at checkout if you are interested in an engraving and we will contact you. Please note that engraved items are non-refundable.
Free Resizing:
We will resize your ring for free within the first 90 days of your purchase.
If more than one resize is needed a $95 fee will apply and you will be responsible to pay for the shipping round trip.
Limited Warranty:
We stand behind the integrity of every piece we sell and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with the entire shopping experience.
Under this limited warranty, we cover defects in the manufacturing of the piece that results in the loss of pave stones, loose prongs or flaws in the precious metal for all new pieces within the first 60 days.
Keep in mind that under normal conditions, manufacturing defects will materialize within the first few weeks of ownership. Any issues that arise thereafter will likely result due to wear and tear and we are not responsible for that.
If you should need service, we will carefully inspect the item to determine the nature of the issue and if it is covered under our manufacturer’s warranty. If it is deemed to be a flaw in craftsmanship, we will repair your piece of free of charge. If the damage is deemed outside of a manufacturing defect, then the cost to repair/replace will be assessed. An estimate will be provided and work to be done will be covered by the purchaser. This warranty does not include general wear and tear.
If the item has been altered in any way by a third party or an outside jeweler other than eDiamonds and Designs, the warranty is voided. This includes re-polishing, sizing, or any other adjustments.
Privacy Policy

All of your payment information is encrypted. None of your information is stored on our site. If you use our toll free number, we may respond via text message confirming that we will call back as soon as we become available, you can opt out at any time by responding with 'stop' to our text.

We reserve the right to modify our terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Sales Disclaimer
Please note that images of the jewelry on our site are not necessarily shown to scale. Some images may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. We try our best to give you accurate pictures, and descriptions, of every piece that we list. In order to comply with FTC regulations as well as industry standards, eDiamonds and Designs affirms that, for all jewelry items, carat total weight may differ from stated weight by as much as 0.05 carats (not large enough to see with the eye). In the case of jewelry pieces with multiple diamonds, we provide a minimum total carat weight. Factors of color and clarity are provided in one of two ways, as a minimum or as an average. The method used depends upon the number of diamonds in the piece under consideration. If a minimum is used, we confirm that all diamonds in the piece meet the stated minimum, in terms of quality grade. If an average is used, we confirm that the diamonds, taken as a group with grades averaged, meet or exceed the stated quality grade.
Some of our pieces are located in different locations around the country. When a piece is purchased we bring it back in to inspect it before shipping it out to you. Occasionally a piece is missing a stone or rarely, it was sold in a different location and wasn’t reported hence it’s still up for sale on the site. In any of these cases we will contact you within 24 hours and give you options. You will have the option to wait for it to be repaired if it’s miner it takes 1-2 business days, or if it was sold before we got the report you will be offered to choose any other item from the website with a 5% discount because of the inconvenience or lastly, if you prefer you can always choose to get a full refund. We will also offer you if possible, to create the same piece, if it can be done in an acceptable amount of time to you.
