Still not sure? Maybe understanding our process will help: Elizabeth, the owner and director of eDiamonds and Designs works hands on with every customer that walks in the door. She designs the piece with you, goes through all the possible materials, gem stones, shapes, metals. The process is done in person in our showroom in NYC or via teleconference. Once we have reached a desired design we begin the fabrication. We work with a team of bench workers and gem setters who produce the highest quality of jewelry craftsmanship in NYC.
